Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to drive or travel for business purposes
  • Must function effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Must be responsive and free from sedatives
  • Must disclose pharmaceuticals affecting job performance

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license
  • Restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
  • Maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
  • Ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
  • Perform other duties as needed to assist in the restaurant's operation
