Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- able to work in various weather conditions if required
- effective communication skills
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- must be authorized to work in the US
- must have a valid driver's license
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- keep supply of meats fresh and ready
- maintain clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling
- monitor food inventory and notify management when low
- ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
