Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area including storage and labeling of food items
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low
- Ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for handling and storing raw meats and other ingredients
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
