Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service or cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Reliable transportation to work location
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • 0-2 years of related cooking experience is beneficial
  • Basic food preparation and cooking skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
