Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service or cooking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
- 0-2 years of related cooking experience is beneficial
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and passion for food service
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
