- minimum of 1 year experience in a similar grill chef or line cook position
- knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment
- capacity to manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality
- excellent time management and multitasking skills
