Job Duties
- operate and maintain grill equipment to prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
- ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- manage time effectively to prepare orders promptly during high-volume periods
- maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- work closely with kitchen team members to coordinate meal preparation and delivery
- monitor quality and presentation of food leaving the grill
- adhere to company policies and procedures related to kitchen operations
