Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 10 lbs
- Flexible schedule
- Food safety certification within 30 days of hire
- Must comply with all local and state laws
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, approachable and friendly personality and demeanor
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers in person and on the phone
- Ability to be a contributing member of the team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role a plus
- A warm and welcoming smile
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment
- Assist in managing the flow of the shift to create an organized and relaxed environment
- Provide positive first and last impressions of WOB Bar & Kitchen to customers
- Communicate accurately and friendly with customers in-person and on the phone
- Contribute positively as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a warm and welcoming smile throughout the shift
- Support adherence to WOB style of service which is casual, friendly, fun, and paced to the customer’s speed
