Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Utilize Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system to check in guests
- Seat guests at assigned tables efficiently to maximize table turnover
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Assist guests with inquiries about wait times and restaurant seating policies
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
