Job Duties
- Greets patients/visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Assists patients in/out of vehicle in a safe manner
- Directs patients/visitors to the appropriate departments and accurately answer patients' questions
- Works harmoniously with volunteers and medical personnel to ensure a steady supply of wheelchairs at front doors through the day
- Maintains assigned entrances in a clean and orderly manner
- Participates in activities for personnel development and required training
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population including respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style
- Other related duties as required
