Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the workplace for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 10 lbs
- Flexible schedule
- Food safety certification within 30 days of hire
- Must comply with all local and state laws
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, approachable and friendly personality and demeanor
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers in person and on the phone
- Ability to be a contributing member of the team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment
- Provide a positive first and last impression to guests
- Assist in managing the flow of the shift to maintain an organized and relaxed environment
- Communicate friendly and accurate information to customers in person and on the phone
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a warm and approachable demeanor throughout the shift
