Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a customer service environment
- excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
- self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions including temperature extremes and outdoor elements

Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- actively promotes programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- models company brand standards by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional image
- checks in customers’ merchandise for return
- checks in vendor representatives and manages visitor badges
- informs customers about store events, sales, and promotions and distributes promotional materials
- ensures entryway and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and safe
- assists in facilitation of customer firearm check-in by notifying appropriate staff as per company SOP
- performs all other duties as assigned
