Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in low or high temperatures and outdoor elements occasionally
- Ability to follow company dress code and maintain professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image adhering to dress code with logo shirt and name badge visible
- Check in all customers' merchandise for return
- Check in all vendor representatives, completing necessary visitor log and controlling visitor badges
- Remain aware of all special events in the store and inform customers of details, providing promotional materials
- Ensure entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe
- Assist facilitation of customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated Outfitter, without handling firearms
- Perform all other duties as assigned
