Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon entry and exit with a warm welcome and thank you for coming
- Allow only ticketed fans into the game by scanning each ticket and confirming the proper game date
- Ensure no unauthorized individuals gain admittance
- Check fans and their bags and purses for prohibited items such as outside food or beverage, weapons, lawn chairs, coolers, or pets
- Keep lines of fans moving efficiently into the park
- Resolve ticket issues as they arise
- Assist with promotional item distribution
- Never leave your gate unattended
- Provide great customer service for the fan experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
