Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 10 lbs
- Flexible schedule
- Food safety certification within 30 days of hire
- Must comply with all local and state laws
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, approachable and friendly personality and demeanor
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers in person and on the phone
- Ability to be a contributing member of the team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role a plus
- A warm and welcoming smile
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment
- Assist in managing the flow of the dining room to create an organized and relaxed environment
- Provide friendly and accurate communication with customers in person and over the phone
- Help with seating customers and managing reservations
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift
- Uphold WOB’s style of service which is casual, friendly, and customer-paced
