Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain courteous and professional at all times
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours including non-traditional shifts
  • Must pass background check, drug screen, and driving record review if applicable
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

  • Support sales and service teams during events and busy periods
  • Assist customers and vendors to find needed support
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a team-player attitude
