Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain courteous and professional at all times
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including non-traditional shifts
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and driving record review if applicable
- Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and by phone
- Connect customers with appropriate dealership team members promptly
- Manage telephone switchboards and handle customer inquiries
- Enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system
- Support sales and service teams during events and busy periods
- Assist customers and vendors to find needed support
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a team-player attitude
