Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
  • Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Comply with DOT regulations prohibiting Schedule I drugs including cannabis
  • Reasonable accommodation available for disabilities
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years or older
  • Michigan Chauffeur's License required
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience personal or professional
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

Job Duties

  • Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding, transit, and disembarkation
  • Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety equipment readiness in the vehicle
  • Enforce company policies including seat belt compliance and emergency response preparedness
  • Perform other duties as required
