Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years' corporate travel experience
- minimum of 2 years' native GDS expertise in Sabre
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills in a travel environment
- strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- fares and ticketing knowledge including round the world and complex fares
- knowledge of car service, hotels and rail products
- domestic and international destination and geographical knowledge
- maintaining up to date knowledge of international travel notifications and guidelines
- demonstrated understanding of the relevant customer base
- ability to adapt communication style to the audience and lead travelers or travel bookers to desired outcomes
- ability to adapt to change
- ability to work across teams and departments
- flexible and prepared to work shifts between 6 AM to 11:30 PM EST Monday to Sunday
- part-time opportunities available including weekend shifts

- maintaining up to date knowledge of international travel notifications and guidelines from government and client rulings
- demonstrated understanding of the relevant customer base
- ability to adapt communication style to the audience and lead travelers or travel bookers to desired outcomes
- ability to adapt to change
- ability to work across teams and departments
Job Duties
- advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US, Canadian, UK and Australian markets
- conduct analysis and research on travel options and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
- arrange and book domestic and international business travel including air, road, rail, and accommodations
- use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS) for bookings
- ensure compliance with customers' travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
- use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
- prevent fraudulent callers by following security protocols
- collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
