Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a college or university program
- availability to work 40 hours per week at $20 per hour
- ability to work in a hybrid setting Monday to Thursday in office with option to work from home on Fridays
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office
- willingness to travel internationally October 16-23, 2026
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- previous experience in related fields is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Manage participant registration and maintain attendee details
- serve as a point of contact for attendee inquiries before, during, and after events
- send timely communications about event details, logistics, and what to expect
- coordinate accommodation and transportation details for attendees and ensure accuracy
- support event branding efforts including signage, swag, materials, and visual elements that reinforce the EF experience
- help create wow moments that make events memorable
- assist with various event-related tasks and projects as dictated by the evolving needs of the team
