Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in a college or university program
  • availability to work 40 hours per week at $20 per hour
  • ability to work in a hybrid setting Monday to Thursday in office with option to work from home on Fridays
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • willingness to travel internationally October 16-23, 2026
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • previous experience in related fields is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage participant registration and maintain attendee details
  • serve as a point of contact for attendee inquiries before, during, and after events
  • send timely communications about event details, logistics, and what to expect
  • coordinate accommodation and transportation details for attendees and ensure accuracy
  • support event branding efforts including signage, swag, materials, and visual elements that reinforce the EF experience
  • help create wow moments that make events memorable
  • assist with various event-related tasks and projects as dictated by the evolving needs of the team
