Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe training and certificate
- prior experience with a POS system
- two years of hands-on food or retail management experience
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
- maintain compliance with required training mandated by laws and company policies
- maintain effective communication via cell phone, text, calls, and emails
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills
- responsible team player demonstrating punctuality and respect
- experience in fast-paced office environment is a plus
- engage in hands-on leadership focused on growth and development
- ability to coach and develop a diverse team
- demonstrate core cultural foundations of energy, engagement, empathy, and execution
Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff
- conduct performance reviews
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- schedule regular team and manager meetings
- enforce company policies and comply with laws and regulations
- report and resolve employee complaints and policy violations
- foster a safe and inclusive work environment
- greet guests promptly and warmly
- ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues
- monitor restaurant conditions and maintain inviting atmosphere
- stay informed of local market trends
- oversee food safety protocols and ensure proper postings
- implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
- monitor team interactions and provide coaching
- address minor equipment maintenance
- manage labor costs and create balanced schedules
- ensure food safety compliance and operational standards
- communicate effectively with district management and support teams
- perform assigned duties
- ensure food is prepared fresh and accurately recorded
- oversee sales transactions and inventory tracking
- manage controllable expenses and place inventory orders
- maintain positive vendor relationships
- supervise equipment use and cleaning
- ensure cash handling compliance
- verify asset protection system functionality
- follow cash handling policies for accuracy and security
