Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume, full service restaurant settings
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management
  • Experience with P&L reporting and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent guest experiences
  • Lead and manage front-of-house service team fostering teamwork and professionalism
  • Collaborate with Area Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Monitor and manage P&L reporting and inventory control procedures
  • Ensure food and beverage quality standards are met consistently
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and staff training
  • Drive employee engagement, coaching, and professional development initiatives
