Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume, full service restaurant settings
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management
- Experience with P&L reporting and financial oversight
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent guest experiences
- Lead and manage front-of-house service team fostering teamwork and professionalism
- Collaborate with Area Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans
- Monitor and manage P&L reporting and inventory control procedures
- Ensure food and beverage quality standards are met consistently
- Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and staff training
- Drive employee engagement, coaching, and professional development initiatives
