Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • preferred 10 or more years experience in senior management position of a four star or four diamond hotel
  • ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years management experience
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in related field with 6 years management experience
  • Preferably 10+ years in senior management at a Four Star or Four Diamond hotel
  • Proven leadership abilities in hotel operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
  • Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and communication skills
  • Experience in talent management, coaching, and team development
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the Ritz-Carlton brand objectives
  • Execute business plans to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate revenue and pursue new business leads
  • Lead and develop the Executive Committee and management team through coaching and accountability
  • Serve as a passionate brand advocate, ensuring brand standards are exemplified daily
  • Analyze business information to inform strategy adjustments and improve property performance
  • Foster employee and labor relations by promoting fairness, open communication, and engagement
