Job Requirements

  • At least one year of McDonald’s management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year McDonald’s management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Previous General Manager experience preferred but not required
