Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years hotel general manager experience with $30M+ annual revenue
  • Experience managing large hotel operations with 350 or more rooms
  • Demonstrated experience in financial oversight and revenue management
  • Proven leadership in managing diverse teams
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with ownership
  • Experience with labor relations and union management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Proven track record in leading operations of a large property with at least $30M annual revenue and 350 rooms
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in financial management and revenue optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic ownership partnerships
  • Hands-on, guest-facing leadership style with focus on service excellence
  • Experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
  • Prior Hilton brand experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market
