Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations
- Ability to work full-time, first shift Monday to Friday
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to enforcing them
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to company values and continuous improvement culture
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and operational procedures
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards or willingness to undertake relevant training
- Experience with safety audits and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Manage warehouse operations to ensure alignment with company policies and goals
- Oversee and motivate staff to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
- Monitor customer contract requirements and maintain timely paperwork and data entry
- Conduct cycle counts and manage system entry accuracy
- Maintain and enforce safety policies, conduct audits and implement corrective actions
- Ensure SOPs and work instructions are current and followed rigorously
- Supervise training programs and document employee proficiency
- Coordinate with teams to improve quality and meet KPI objectives
- Manage food safety and quality standards, including preparation for audits
- Optimize storage utilization and enforce compliance with space guidelines
