Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
  • passion for hospitality and guest service
  • ability to work 50-60 hours per week including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe and TABC certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a restaurant General Manager or multi-unit manager in fast casual, upscale casual, or full service
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
  • passion for hospitality and great food
  • excellent team-building skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • TABC certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
  • managing financial performance including labor, cost of goods, and store-level P and L
  • upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
  • coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
  • handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
  • ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
  • leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
