Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
- passion for hospitality and guest service
- ability to work 50-60 hours per week including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and TABC certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a restaurant General Manager or multi-unit manager in fast casual, upscale casual, or full service
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
- passion for hospitality and great food
- excellent team-building skills
- ServSafe certification preferred
- TABC certification preferred
Job Duties
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
- managing financial performance including labor, cost of goods, and store-level P and L
- upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
- coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
- handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
