Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
  • Passion for hospitality and great food
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe and TABC certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
  • Managing financial performance including labor, cost of goods, and store-level profit and loss
  • Upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
  • Coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
  • Handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
  • Leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
