Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
- Passion for hospitality and great food
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and TABC certification preferred

Job Duties
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
- Managing financial performance including labor, cost of goods, and store-level profit and loss
- Upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
- Coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
- Handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
