Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a general manager or senior restaurant leader in a full-service or fine-dining setting
- strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- solid financial acumen with experience managing labor and operating budgets
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-driven dining environment
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and consistent service across all meal periods
- uphold and enforce brand standards service procedures and operational systems
- partner closely with the Executive Chef and BOH leadership to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service
- lead pre-shift meetings service training and continuous operational improvements
- recruit hire train and develop front-of-house managers and service staff
- create and manage schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and labor efficiency
- foster a positive accountable and high-performance team culture
- conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- set the standard for exceptional hospitality and service consistency
- actively engage with guests and handle feedback or concerns with professionalism and care
- ensure every guest interaction reflects Hiroki-San’s commitment to elevated dining and service
- manage sales performance labor costs and operating expenses
- partner with ownership on budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- monitor inventory purchasing and cost controls to meet financial goals
- ensure compliance with all health safety labor and sanitation regulations
- maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- support marketing initiatives special events and collaborations within Book Tower
- represent Hiroki-San professionally within the Detroit hospitality community
- identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction efficiency and long-term growth
