- must be at least 21 years old
- fluent in English
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous assistant general manager or general manager experience
- certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- current ServSafe certification

- knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
Job Duties
- Lead overall restaurant operations and coordinate daily activities
- ensure restaurant management and team members perform their job responsibilities
- follow the DHC Training Program for learning and training
- communicate with supervisors for additional training needs
- conduct operational walks and quality checks
- organize and monitor shift schedules and attendance
- oversee food preparation according to safety and sanitary standards
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene
- handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- enforce uniform and appearance standards
- provide supervision and feedback to maintain productivity and morale
- implement cash handling policies
- hire, train, and schedule staff
- manage purchasing, inventory, and maintenance
- develop strategies for workplace efficiency and sales growth
- ensure compliance with company policies and directives
