Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years in a General Manager role at a full-service restaurant
- Servsafe certification or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in schedule writing, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Commitment to company values and hospitality excellence
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in full-service restaurants
- Servsafe certification or equivalent
- Proven ability to adhere to company standards and drive culture
- Schedule writing, budget development, and financial analysis skills
- Spirit of hospitality
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience developing entry-level managers and promoting team growth
Job Duties
- Drive the company culture and core values
- Partner with Director of Operations and HR to adhere to policies and provide transparent feedback
- Maintain restaurant facilities and schedule maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with labor, liquor, and food safety laws
- Develop the management team through regular meetings and reviews
- Oversee scheduling to budget and manage purchasing and inventory
- Analyze financial reports to control costs and build sales
- Manage staffing levels including recruitment and job posting
- Lead coaching and training programs
- Provide tableside guest experience and respond to feedback
- Oversee financial responsibilities including payroll and cash handling
