- Two or more years of general manager level experience in food service or hospitality
- Strong leadership and operations skills
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background and driving record checks

Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits
- Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed
- Open and close the store as required
- Ensure excellent service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism
