Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 7 years previous experience as a general manager
- minimum 10 years experience in the restaurant industry
- Serve Safe certification required
- flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management and recordkeeping
- computer skills with MS Word and Excel
- detail oriented and passionate about teaching others
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create and execute staff plans to meet business needs
- accurately forecast weekly sales and labor and adjust schedules accordingly
- maintain high staff retention and appropriate staffing levels
- set and review food purchasing targets with kitchen manager and validate inventory
- review and approve timecards daily and process payroll accurately and on time
- ensure inventory completion and company policy compliance
- conduct internal audits and ensure safety and sanitation standards
- hold management and staff to company standards and establish development plans
- communicate all company information effectively to team
- promote a team environment for quality service and guest experience
- collaborate with HR to handle workplace issues
- engage with team members and guests providing constructive feedback
- foster positive working relationships to boost morale and productivity
- manage guest feedback platforms and address concerns
- manage time effectively to accomplish tasks and solve problems
- validate order accuracy and hold vendors accountable
- monitor and prioritize repair and maintenance issues
- pursue community outreach opportunities to build sales
- implement new marketing promotions
- conduct weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings
- manage reservation platform to maximize sales
- work with regional team to address store challenges and opportunities
