Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 5 years functional experience
- food service management experience ideally in a campus environment
- strong financial skills with p&l experience
- strong leadership and hospitality skills with ability to work collaboratively
- professional communication skills and passion for high level of customer service
- knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
