Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
  • food service management experience ideally in a campus environment
  • strong financial skills with p&l experience
  • strong leadership and hospitality skills with ability to work collaboratively
  • professional communication skills and passion for high level of customer service
  • knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
