Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior experience managing high volume quick service restaurants preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and manage operational goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
  • Committed to maintaining high quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to set and achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with Assistant Manager to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Shift Managers and crew team members
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision of employees
  • Maintain a positive and productive restaurant environment
