Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior experience managing high volume quick service restaurants preferred
- Ability to lead a team and manage operational goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
- Committed to maintaining high quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Shift Managers and crew team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision of employees
- Maintain a positive and productive restaurant environment
