Job Requirements
- Minimum three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service or fast food industry
- strong background in operations including food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant with a strong drive-thru operation
- proven success in meeting food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness benchmarks

- knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- ability to motivate and inspire staff to perform at their best
Job Duties
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve restaurant success
