Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferably 2 years of college
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferably 2 years of college education
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff oversight and workflow optimization
- Accountable for restaurant profitability and P&L management
- Drive sales through superior guest service and promotional activities
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant team members
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations, employment laws, and corporate policies
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high standards of service quality
- Coordinate shift schedules and labor management to optimize operational efficiency
