Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferably 2 years of college
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff oversight and workflow optimization
  • Accountable for restaurant profitability and P&L management
  • Drive sales through superior guest service and promotional activities
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant team members
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations, employment laws, and corporate policies
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high standards of service quality
  • Coordinate shift schedules and labor management to optimize operational efficiency
