  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years as a general manager in a 300+ room hotel or resort
  • Experience working in Hawaii in a similar leadership role
  • Strong skills in financial management, guest service, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Vacation ownership experience
  • F&B leadership background
  • CHA, CHHE, CHM, CRDE certification
  • Master’s degree or higher

Job Duties

  • Lead overall resort operations across all departments
  • Oversee HOA management including budgeting, reserve/capex planning, board communications, and annual meetings
  • Drive financial performance
  • implement cost and labor control strategies to meet EBITDA expectations
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • ensure proactive maintenance and adherence to brand standards
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, licensing, and labor requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with owners, board members, corporate leadership, and community stakeholders
  • Respond to owner and guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to support product positioning and operational alignment
  • Recruit, develop, and lead team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Embody the company’s core values and complete all required training
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
