- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years as a general manager in a 300+ room hotel or resort
- Experience working in Hawaii in a similar leadership role
- Strong skills in financial management, guest service, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

- Vacation ownership experience
- F&B leadership background
- CHA, CHHE, CHM, CRDE certification
- Master’s degree or higher
Job Duties
- Lead overall resort operations across all departments
- Oversee HOA management including budgeting, reserve/capex planning, board communications, and annual meetings
- Drive financial performance
- implement cost and labor control strategies to meet EBITDA expectations
- Conduct regular property inspections
- ensure proactive maintenance and adherence to brand standards
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, licensing, and labor requirements
- Maintain effective communication with owners, board members, corporate leadership, and community stakeholders
- Respond to owner and guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to support product positioning and operational alignment
- Recruit, develop, and lead team members to achieve operational excellence
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Embody the company’s core values and complete all required training
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
