Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Hospitality or related field
- previous hotel management experience
- ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- physical capability to perform work activities including standing walking lifting bending and occasional travel
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
