Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- capability to stand for entire shifts and move continuously
- ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math and computer proficiency
- commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise and manage employee performance including rewards, discipline, and termination
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the team
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with safety policies and local health codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- follow recipes and portion control
- manage employee schedules to optimize labor costs
- ensure proper use of equipment and facility maintenance
- perform all other assigned duties
