Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience
  • Experience in quick service restaurant or related industry
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to upholding McDonald’s standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to set goals and manage teams effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of department managers
  • Help department managers set goals and provide coaching
  • Follow up on department progress and provide direction
  • Hire and develop department and shift managers
