Job Requirements
- three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service restaurants
- experience with drive-thru operations
- strong background in food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and committed work ethic
Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant environment
- proven track record of achieving operational benchmarks in food quality, labor management, and customer service
- strong leadership and team development skills
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent organizational and communication abilities
- experience with managing a heavy drive-thru operation is preferred
