Job Requirements

  • three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service restaurants
  • experience with drive-thru operations
  • strong background in food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • excellent communication skills
  • reliable and committed work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years experience as a general manager in a quick service restaurant environment
  • proven track record of achieving operational benchmarks in food quality, labor management, and customer service
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • experience with managing a heavy drive-thru operation is preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals
  • mentor and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • instill and promote Wendy's culture and values among employees
  • ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and customer service
  • maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
