Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- must be able to work varied shifts including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and walk
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- commitment to safe work practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to foster a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to the team
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and investigate food quality/service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations and control costs for profitability
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash and security procedures
- maintain inventory
- manage food, labor, and other controllable costs
- oversee weekly inventory process
- optimize weekly employee scheduling using labor tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and company assets
- perform all other duties as assigned
