Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Direct the overall restaurant operation
- Achieve planned sales and profit levels through implementation and enforcement of company policies and standards
- Provide clear direction and leadership to restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Manage front and back of house operations including service, cleanliness, cost control, and staff development
- Communicate with customers and manage banquet bookings and contract negotiations
- Develop and supervise hourly team members to meet production and service objectives
- Oversee marketing efforts and banquet event planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Recruit, train, and evaluate management and hourly staff
- Coordinate with District Operator on strategic planning and budget development
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability
- Conduct employment activities including interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Manage rollout of new menus, promotions, and products
- Uphold a professional restaurant and team image
- Maintain a harassment-free workplace
- Follow up effectively on guest recovery efforts
- Ensure safety and security standards are met at all times
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the District Operator
