Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Direct the overall restaurant operation
  • Achieve planned sales and profit levels through implementation and enforcement of company policies and standards
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
  • Manage front and back of house operations including service, cleanliness, cost control, and staff development
  • Communicate with customers and manage banquet bookings and contract negotiations
  • Develop and supervise hourly team members to meet production and service objectives
  • Oversee marketing efforts and banquet event planning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate management and hourly staff
  • Coordinate with District Operator on strategic planning and budget development
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability
  • Conduct employment activities including interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Manage rollout of new menus, promotions, and products
  • Uphold a professional restaurant and team image
  • Maintain a harassment-free workplace
  • Follow up effectively on guest recovery efforts
  • Ensure safety and security standards are met at all times
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the District Operator
