Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff
  • Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service
  • Implement and execute staff training programs
  • Assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
  • Lead and influence managerial staff through effective motivation
  • Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Maintain community presence through partnerships
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions
  • Continuously improve operational execution
  • Provide direction to management team
  • Promote positive employee relations and morale
  • Hold managers accountable for departmental goals
  • Monitor online reviews for guest satisfaction
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Manage inventory control and maintain fiscal responsibility
