Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three or more years experience managing a multi-location operation
- Management experience in the wholesale distribution industry
- Ability to understand and interpret financial reports
- Progressive management experience with demonstrated success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel regionally (50 percent or more) without restriction
- Computer knowledge and skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Duties
- Responsible for the financial results, revenue and operating income of the region
- Responsible for customer service standards of performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in corporate strategic planning and progress on corporate strategic goals
- Evaluate regional needs to optimize growth and development of branches and employees
- Build a cohesive, service-oriented, multidisciplinary team through recruitment and retention, training and professional development, and performance evaluations
- Manage branches and field personnel within the region and work closely with the President to ensure growth and success
- Interact effectively with customers, maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Keep abreast of industry trends and attend trade shows, conventions and seminars
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President and COO
