Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality business management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Proven experience leading multi-unit operations
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of budgeting financial reporting and inventory management
- Understanding of health safety and food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting P&L analysis and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Passion for food hospitality and delivering a customer-centric experience
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing inventory and quality control
- Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming dining environment
- Oversee budgets cost control and profitability to drive financial success
- Recruit train and mentor team members to promote excellence and professional growth
- Collaborate on promotions events and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health safety and food safety regulations as well as company policies
