Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year of restaurant management experience
  • dependable and punctual
  • neat, clean and professional appearance
  • upbeat and engaging personality
  • fluent English-speaking and writing skills

  • exhibit a sense of urgency

  • excellent math skills including basic computations and basic algebra
  • ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to frequently bend, kneel and lift 25-50 lbs

Job Duties

  • provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
  • ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit
  • oversee operations for a designated Wendy’s restaurant
  • develop and mentor the team
  • monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • maximize store sales and profit goals
  • maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • protect Wendy’s brand and assets
  • inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • create a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
  • ensure fast, accurate service and excellent customer service
  • participate in marketing programs to maximize sales
  • maintain positive dining experience for customers
