The role available within Mo' Bettahs is a leadership position that requires a hands-on approach to managing daily store operations. This position demands a leader capable of executing the brand's standards across all areas, including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) responsibilities. The role involves overseeing cleanliness, serving as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, managing sales metrics, and ensuring efficient line speed monitored via transaction times. Additionally, the leader will coordinate and lead weekly meetings with key team members such as the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer to align goals and strategies.

Furthermore, this leadership role entails reviewing weekly employee schedules, completing essential reports, managing inventory, and upholding the Mo' Bettahs culture by enforcing company standards related to health, safety, sanitation, and security. The leader must also enforce compliance with the employee handbook policies and ensure that all staff uphold the same values and standards. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively.

To support these efforts, the company offers a competitive base salary between $55,000 and $70,000 with additional monthly and annual bonuses based on store performance metrics. Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of the brand daily
  • competent in all FOH and BOH positions
  • responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
  • responsible for same store sales growth
  • responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
  • handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
  • coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
  • review weekly employee schedules
  • complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
  • have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
  • follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
