Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum two years experience as restaurant kitchen manager or assistant general manager
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant recipes, policies, and standards
- Business acumen with ability to manage profit and loss, budgets, and financial analysis
- Capable of performing all hourly position functions
- Knowledge of point of sale and back office systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
Job Duties
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience
- Supervise and support 3-6 managers and all front and back of house team members
- Manage profit and loss centers and financial performance
- Align all behaviors with company credo and values
- Execute brand standards through coaching and management
- Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Anticipate guest needs using operational theories
- Drive sales, traffic, and return visits
- Oversee local and national marketing promotions
- Determine staffing needs and develop personnel
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure legal compliance and a safe work environment
- Handle guest service complaints and take corrective actions
- Complete financial and payroll administrative duties
- Ensure team member training compliance
- Approve disciplinary actions and terminations
- Validate inventory
- Maintain proper security procedures
