Job Requirements

  • At least three years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
  • Proven experience in financial management and controls
  • Advanced skills in math and financial management such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls
  • Ability to supervise and develop staff
  • Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
  • Proven experience in financial management and controls
  • Advanced skills in math and financial management such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field preferred
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments
  • Functioning as the liaison in all administrative roles with in the budget
  • Assuming responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and preparation and service of food
  • Supervising staff and facilitating staff development
  • Managing multi-location delivery and distribution operations
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost control measures
