- 10+ years of experience as a president (general manager) in a full-service hotel or resort

- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, sales, marketing, finance, and HR
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive profitability
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement
- Implement and maintain high operational standards and quality control
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and associates
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including owners and investors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue generation strategies
